I lost 35lbs in 2019 by eating MORE of the foods that make me happy (rather than white-knuckling through as much restriction as I could take, and then going overboard with food and wine when life got hard).

I learned how to trust my body (not some plan or app) to tell me everything I need to know to lose (and now maintain) my weight so that I could have a fully joyful, drama-free relationship with the food I love.
