What are the program dates?
This 8-week program kicks off on Wednesday, November 16th, 2022. There will be two group calls per week through the first week in January 2023.
When will the group calls take place?
All calls will take place online on Zoom. The group will include members from various time zones, so I will be reaching out to you before we begin to find out which days/times of the week work for you to attend the calls live.
I will offer a variety of call times and days of the week to accommodate all schedules.
What if I can’t attend a call live?
No problem! You will receive access to the video replays for each workshop and group coaching call, so you can watch them at your convenience.
Clients see huge results from attending the calls in person AND from watching the replays, so don’t sweat it if you miss an in-person call.
What will we do each week inside the program?
There will be two types of live calls each week, Workshops and Open Coaching Hours.
Workshops: I will be teaching concepts, tools, and lessons to help you uncover the obstacles in the way of your weight loss and create solutions for each one so that your weight loss becomes inevitable.

Open Coaching Hours: Get coached by me - bring any topic (food pushers, family struggles, unbearable cravings - whatever you’re working on) to the call and I’ll help you uncover why you’re stuck. Together we’ll discover what’s standing in the way of your weight loss and create a strategy to remove your roadblocks and obstacles so that you can lose weight during the most challenging time of the year.
You’re welcome to participate and get coached or to hang back and learn from others being coached. We all struggle with the same issues and challenges - you will have powerful personal breakthroughs by watching others get coached and applying it to your own life and weight loss.
Will I have to be on camera?
Not unless you want to be - you’re welcome to keep your Zoom camera on or off.
Come as you are (jammies, no makeup, whatever!)
How is Conquering the Holidays different than dieting?
I don’t tell you what to eat, and I don’t ask you to count points or calories EVER.
There’s zero restriction or deprivation, and zero missing out on life to lose weight.
You’ll be eating what you love and crave AND losing weight by learning to listen to your body and working on your mindset.
I will guide you step-by-step through this process, so you can’t quit on yourself or fail.
So what will I be doing to lose weight in Conquering the Holidays?
I’ll teach you how to get back in touch with your own body’s hunger/satiety cues.
Most women (especially chronic dieters) have lost all connection with what their body is telling them about what, when, and how much to eat. I’ll show you how to get back in touch.
If you have weight to lose, it’s because you’re eating more than your body needs.
Even if you don’t think you are an emotional eater or an over-eater, I promise you, there are easy ways to tune back into your body’s needs so that you can see results on the scale.
I’ll teach you how to use what your body is telling you so you’ll know exactly what, when, and how much to eat for weight loss, without having to track, measure, or cut out anything you love.
We will also work on your mindset. Your brain is the most powerful weight loss tool you have, and your thinking is one of the major roadblocks to success.
We’ll work together each week to show you how your mindset is getting in your way, and to break through your own unique challenges and struggles so that you get the results you desire.
