The year is almost over, but you don’t have to give up

The year is almost over, and this is exactly when you start to hear that little voice in your head saying…

“It’s the holidays, who cares?”

“You *have* to gain weight this time of year - there’s food everywhere.”

“Just eat all the things…we’ll figure this out in January”

Have you ever considered that this little voice is just….wrong?

One of my favorite questions to ask my clients about thoughts like these is “what if you’re just wrong about that?”

This question breaks you out of your automatic thinking and prompts you to explore what ELSE could be true.

“It’s the holidays, who cares?”

If you’re just wrong about that, you might start to consider why you really DO care. Maybe you actually DO care if you end the year feeling sick, struggling into too-tight clothing, and searching for the next crash diet to undo the last month of over-indulging.

“You *have* to gain weight this time of year - there’s food everywhere.”

If you’re wrong about that, you might start to ask yourself if there’s a way to enjoy the holiday foods you love in amounts that DON’T leave you feeling stuffed and sick. (Spoiler Alert - there totally is, and you can find out how by checking out my free guide HERE!)

When you enjoy the heck out of your holiday favorites but don’t go completely off the rails just because “it’s the holidays”, you get the best of both worlds - you get to fully enjoy the delicious food you love AND you get to feel healthy and proud (instead of stuffed and full of regret.)

“Just eat all the things….we’ll figure this out in January”

If you’re wrong about that, you might think about how AWFUL it feels searching for the next quick fix fad diet year after year and ask yourself if there’s a better way.

I want you to know that there IS a better way.

I encourage my clients to share their wins with me as often as possible, and here’s what they’ve achieved through restriction-free weight loss this holiday season:

“Got on the scale for the first time in three weeks.  Three weeks of caring for my mom and high stress.  No matter what each day brought, I tried to only eat to +2, and stay tuned into my body even when my mind was wanting to overindulge.

I’m down 2lbs and only 1.5 pounds away from my next BIG goal.”

-Shelley C.

“I’ve been less consistent lately.  I got on the scale with dread to be pleasantly surprised with ZERO weight gain.  Although this win wasn’t my initial goal, it feels like a win because I was expecting a gain.  So relieved!!”

-Kristie Q.

“I hit Onederland today!  I like it here.  Think I’ll stick around❤️”

-Barb B.

(Onederland is reaching the BIG goal of getting under 200lbs, by the way!)

“I met my first goal today.🤩  I have joined Barb in Onederland…so happy to be here!🌟✨”

-June M.

These women are challenging that little voice in their heads telling them they can’t lose weight during the holidays.  They’ve already proven that little voice dead wrong, and they haven’t had to give up a single one of their favorite holiday foods to do it.

If you want the same, we need to chat. Click HERE to schedule a totally free consultation with me to learn all about how YOU can achieve restriction-free weight loss just like all my amazing clients.
